A functional training design to systematically rebuild coordination, mobility, stability, strength and cardiovascular abilities post illness or injury. The goal is to reintegrate you back into daily life activities as fast and efficiently as possible. This may require comprehensive assessments to determine risk factors. We may also need to work closely together with your healthcare professionals to optimize the training and care that you need to get back to the best version of yourself.

BEACH BOOTCAMPS
A bootcamp style blend of resistance training circuits in the ultimate outdoor gym - the beach. Designed with a “raw” approach to fitness, natural elements such as rocks, sand, and palm trees are incorporated into a dynamic high intensity workout with modifications for every fitness level to safely participate.
STRENGTH & CARDIO HIIT
Sculpt and tone the entire body while building strength and cardio endurance with this sports performance-inspired class, focused on athletic bodyweight circuits, and functional strength and stabilizing exercises. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) involves bursts of high-intensity exercises followed by periods of rest. This class will be a super fast fat-burner that increases metabolic rate and induces an “afterburn” - where the body continues to burn calories until 36 hours post-exercise.
YOGA-PILATES-BARRE FUSION
A low-impact class incorporating the controlled, repetitive movements, precise actions, isometric contractions and long holds of signature Pilates and Barre moves within fluid yoga sequences. The aim is to create long, lean muscle while improving postural alignment, strength, flexibility, mobility, mind-body connection, proprioception and coordination - skills that enable strong, toned, healthy bodies on and off the mat.

Exercising in the water isn't just fun, its natural resistance adds an additional calorie-burning, muscle-toning element to this cardio-focused workout.
